We challenge, ask ‘why’ and will continually refer to the business plan… we’re honest and will tell you the truth (even when it might hurt a little). We get enthusiastic (sometimes over enthusiastic in the heat of the moment – apologies in advance!), we’re straight talking, fast learners, won’t string things along because we know the dynamics of a fast moving business.
